So I booked a luxury weekend break for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Turns out Spabreaks didn't book with the hotel, and took my money. Five and a half weeks later, no refund or response to my complaints. £405 a lot of money too. Will be taking this further than here.
Disgraceful company.
