Placed an order. Site stated that I would receive my order in a few days, made payment in good faith; instead next day they sent and email saying "I am contacting your via email in order to ask you to provide a photo (with your phone) of: - the card you’ve used to complete your transaction (please leave only the first four and the last four digits of your card number visible, as well as the card expiry date and the cardholder's name. - a copy of a proof of address (electricity bill, phone bill…) with your address." Also apparently there are sometimes unclear charges from partner companies- I asked about that and didn't get an answer. Sketchy, very frustrating, and asking way too much for a purchase of shoes. I wrote emails and got form replies; waiting for (hoping for) a refund. I'll never deal with them again unless I need to contest charges.
