MY name is hillary whitmire and i orderd 50 catfish from this website and when i orderd them i couldnt us my adress i dont know why so i put in my aunts which lives closer and it worked then so i thought when they arrived at my aunts until i could talk them home and put them in our pond but when it was delevierd i didnt know how long i could leave them in the box so i called and the lady said that they needed to be out of the box and in the water so my aunt got them out while i was at work and put them in a big tote until i got home to take them home and four was dead when they opended the bag but the other was alive and so she put those in the water and when i got home 3 hours later only four was alive so i took those home and put them in the pond i called cause i was so upset that this happend and they said that they should replace them that that was the normal pollisey but she would call the boss to make sure and she said give me a week to because the boss was on out of town so i called again a week later and they lady said that the fish were not gonna be replaced because it was my fault that i didnt put them directly in the pond even tho i just did what the lady told me to do whitch was get them out of the bag. im not saying i didnt do nothing wrong i never did this fish thing but i am truley upset me and my husband and four kids wanted to start fishing in our pond i just wish things could have turned out differnt. im sorry for the bad review im just upset.
