NEVER AGAIN. I shipped a product via a UPS branch that resides inside a Staples store in Cupertino, CA. I bought the boxes and materials to pack based on their instructions. Added an extra cost for a handling fee, insurance, and return carrier & Service. Then, the product arrived broken. To my surprise, both Staples and UPS decline and state this is the other vendor issue and they don't accountable for the shipment. So, my money and product are gone!!!
Bad, bad, bad service.
Next time, go to Fedex and Target. Much reliable.
