Staples Has a fee for asking their employees to do anything for you. I was charged an express guarantee fee For taking my order before Waiting 5 hours
The manager claims it was called on the spot service. The guy was standing around not doing anything and handed me 14 sheets of paper,and rang it up on the register. So beware if you should so much as speak to an employee and get any "service" be prepared to spend at least 5 hours visiting or you will be charged a % of your total purchase as a "express guarantee" in my case it was 30 %.
