I’m extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from the team, particularly from Francishca and Harvey. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for 6 days now, and UPS has continuously changed the tracking details. Every time I called, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner, with both representatives constantly blaming UPS and refusing to take any responsibility on behalf of Staples.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she wasn’t available, which felt like another way to avoid resolving the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from a company like Staples. Will definitely think twice before ordering again.
