This is regarding order# 9902903893. My first order with staples was not delivered though the tracking says delivered on October 12th. As per the customer service team's advice, I have checked in door front, mailbox, leasing office on 13th october but it was not delivered anywhere. On that day over chat, the customer service representative told me that the refund has been initiated and it will be reflected in my account within 7 days.
Today(october 20th) when I checked for refund status as it has not been reflected in my account yet, I was informed that the refund has been declined as tracking says delivered.
Also I have not signed anywhere as the representative(Tracey) told I have signed during delivery. The representative told she will check for proof of signature with logistics team.
Considering the reason that I have not received the item, can you please help me to get the refund for the order# 9902903893 as soon as possible ?
