I ordered a product on the Monday the 31st of August.
Next day delivery - on a bank holiday so expected the delivery on Wednesday.
Problem 1. Parcel force sends me a text message saying it will be delivered on the Tuesday. If I had not check with track and trace I would have taken that day off. Track and trace on the Parcel force website said a differernt delivery date, the 2nd of Sept. So I take that day off work.
I use track and trace throughout the day, and it says that the package has been reported as damaged at the depot and retuned to sender. I was away with work on the Thurs and Fri so I rang on Saturday to find out what was going on.
Problem 2. No communication from the supplying company saying how they were going to solve the issue.
Problem 3. 35 minutes on the phone on hold before I get to speak to someone on Saturday, who promises me a call back with an answer. No call back
Problem 4. 35 minutes on hold on the Sunday. I was promised an email with an answer. No Email.
Problem 5. I talk to 'George' on the Monday who says that he will DEFINATLEY get a next day delivery to me. I again take the day off (today). I then ring George as requested by him if the delivery had not arrived. I ring him, and guess what, oh no there has been a mistake and the delivery was put on a regular wagon, not a next day delivery.
Problem 6. Refund requested, and 1.5 hours on the phone, and two days off work. These people are NOT having my money. Simply inept.
