I normally would give a #5 star but today I was an unhappy customer. I often shop at Thornton’s in Bensonville. Today I was treated with rudeness. Elizabeth was behind the register and she should not be working with the general public. If I were her manager I would let her go. Customers should always be treated nicely and employees should be polite. She was very rude to me and only made me upset. All because I could not hear her. Because I didn’t run fast enough when she called me. I have bad hearing and she should have been more polite. I found her to be very insulting.
