I often shop in TKmaxx and am pleased with quality and choice. I recently shopped in the Livingston store and bought a hanging garden chair which was on display. I’d like to compliment both the young lady who served me and also Dan who I’ve talked to in the phone. I used AnyVan for delivery and when the hair arrived the hook which chair hangs from was missing. This was no problem to Dan who located it and I received this morning. He apologised but actually was easy thing to happen with display item. Thank you so much and I hope TKmaxx recognise such hood customer service. Fiona
