I purchased a bedsheet which was faulty, made a complaint to their customer services only to be told they will not take responsibility or compensate me for any damage. The sheet dye bled through my mattress protector and damaged my mattress.
Furthermore, following a light wash, the sheet turned from dark grey to light olive. It was clearly defective product and a disappointment that TKMaxx fail to address the complaint satisfactorily.
