Amazing service from Tracy at the jewellery counter In TKmax hedge end !! I was completely blown away by her outstanding customer service . She went above and beyond to help me with a bag and hat as I am going to a concert and really needed help . Tracy adviced me not to take a back pac but to take a long strapped small bag so no one can pinch anything , and then I asked her , Tracy be honest which hat suits me best . She made sure to tell me which did suit me and gave honest opinions , without Tracy I would have looked like a cow girl from Texas . Thank you so much Tracy for your customer service it was a breath of fresh air . You gave me good ideas and in the end I spent over an hour in the shop and spent £156.40 pence .
