Of course I hadn't read these dire reviews before using Tredz and sadly, my experience will not be contradicting them. I placed an order on 26th May 2021 - delivery date stated as 8-10th June (which in the internet world is pretty slow) and of course today I received an e mail stating that due to a "stock error" they do not have one of the items ordered even though it was stated as 'in stock' on their website. To make matters worse, I had received an e mail on Monday 7th stating that my PayPal account was not valid and my order would be held until this wa resolved. Of course my PayPal account is fine. When I contacted Tredz, they said they'd made a mistake and it was ok. They seem pretty incompetent - shame as I'd like to avoid the all mighty Amazon.
