Tredz/Giant aftercare is abysmal.
(Giant store is owned by Tredz, who do the Giant aftercare, which is run by the same people that run Halfords)
It has so far taken over 3 and a half months to sort out a frame replacement under warranty. I still don't have my bike back
I would avoid using this company for anything other than low cost consumables that you'd never need aftercare on.
After such a long time I'm willing to have the bike back in any state, but they refuse to give it back until QC'd. More waiting. Their processing methodology seems to be that if something is wrong or needs to be ordered, no work is done and it goes to the back of the backlog again, so the result is exponential delays.
