Bought a £1000 bike, got to the end of the ordering process and went to book a delivery slot but there was no option to do so, so I emailed them and they eventually got back and said the only deliver on weekdays, what is is this as “people work” the delivery was subsequently missed and a card left behind, none of the details I had been sent, related to the card. The FedEx barcode didn’t work, there was no way of contacting them the app kept crashing, them I ding out that it was sent through TNT so they must be the same company but nothing was working through FedEx who are the ones who tried to deliver the bike. Tredz customer service extent was to leave a note on my door and ask the driver to leave the £1000 bike somewhere or ask a neighbour if they wouldn’t mind taking it in ( sure because people don’t mind having a full size bike in their front door ). Well I have offered you everything then sir and there is nothing more I can do said tredz!
So I had to cancel the order! I will go somewhere else who will appreciate my custom and money
