Bought an ebike from Tredz, the display and controller were unresponsive and when I tried to charge the battery the charger became extremely hot. I then checked the pre delivery inspection report and the engineer at Tredz neglected to check the electrical components. I have sent a potentially unsafe ebike. Avoid Tredz when buying bikes - they can not be trusted.
