Ordered bike arrived damaged and in my opinion badly packaged. Rang Tredz who wanted a photo of the damage fair enough so after a short while they emailed me to say they had been authorised to let me take the damaged bike to a repair shop near me and get it repaired. They also said I could get £35 back if I sent a receipt very nice of them as I had paid for a brand new bike.
Told them not going to happen I wanted it returned and a new bike sending. So they arranged a courier to collect came on the Thursday I rang on the Friday told it was not back in the warehouse yet. I rang Monday and told it was not yet back. I checked with a tracking number I found on an email and guess what it had arrived back on the Friday !.
Now I can accept that when I rang on the Friday afternoon it might have been in the grey area but no excuse when I rang on the Monday afternoon.
So I told them I wanted to cancel they said they would cancel after they had checked it over. When asked when they just said after the bike had been checked over. For what damage that had happened while it was been delivered that they had photo of.
So why had they not sent a bike in return the same time they picked up the damaged bike. Why did I have to do all the running around calling emailing etc.
So I am waiting for written conformation of them receiving the bike which they say they do.
I am waiting for the bike and finance to be cancelled which I have asked for.
Don't buy from this company if you want a nice smooth transaction read the reviews they don't all lie.
