This companies business model must rely on the single sale in most cases. As previous reviews, they don't know how to communicate, which should be a basic customer service standard. Now, it is acceptable to assume during difficult times that delays may occur, but as they have a record, as shown here, this is just another excuse used to cover up their low baseline standards. Have only placed one order with them, told that it was shipped, but their own website says it was not. Summary, will never use them again.
