I recently bought a Cannondale, it arrived with a damaged fork. Believe all the previous reviews, the customer service is abysmal. 45 min plus to answer the phone, no reply to email, live chat a joke.
I was offered £25 compensation which is laughable, then offered £35. I refused both and then the contact ended as I want a new fork.
I contacted Halfords head office on 0345 504 5353 as they own Tredz and they are now dealing with the matter.
