Customer Support let down big time on colour of blanket ordered. It first came in the colour I wanted but the photos were too dark. They then re did it but this time the photos were better but the blanket had gone darker and not at all like the original which was apparently an "off" colour. I suggested this may be an issue to not only myself but to others and maybe numbering or naming the colours might be a good idea. I was left with not one but two blankets which were not good enough to give as xmas presents as the good photo one came in a green and not the turquoise as originally ordered. Very disappointed with the help I got and will not bet using them again.
