OMG! i should have red this before being so stupid. I have signed up and thinking that they will set up a paypal account for payments they have charged £59. Oh and the best is that they won't even refund you, they take £20 for the cancellation! What a scam! Contacted paypal with regards to the transaction, just waiting on what will happen!
