Bought two children's coats in Dec 2021 and returned them as the sizing was terrible. Still waiting 24 months later for refund. They told me the item had been reviewed and there was an issue with their system that prevented them issuing refunds, sane excuse repeated for two months then they decided to deny they ever had a return. Impossible to contact them and two addresses I issued court proceedings too were both nobody at address and letters returned to sender so another 4 months wasted..contacted companies house to get the latest HO address and will be issuing summons for my refund an absolute disgrace of a company, the worst I've ever dealt with. Thieves and liars...all for £27 refund! AVOID!!!
