Just an awful company to buy from. Not only was my order missing an item which I have not been refunded for I am now not receiving a refund for items which have been returned all because I have lost my receipt from the post office with a tracking number. It’s ridiculous, customer service is terrible. Despite the fact I like their products I will never ever buy from this company again and I would recommend anyone planning on doing so then to buy with caution and hopefully you won’t need to return anything because you will be waiting a long time for any communication from them and may not get back what you are owed! Companies like this should be shut down!
