I have been waiting nearly a month to get a refund and still have received nothing. I've sent two emails and tried the telephone number here but had zero response. EVRI is just showing that my parcel is on the way back to the retailer and there has been no update on the tracking for over two weeks. RIDICULOUS!!! Avoid this company at all costs. Yes the clothes can be nice but it's not worth the hassle of returning.
