I received a table that had a major fabrication default and I sent pictures and videos showing it, I only received an automated response. I Insisted, and the same automated response (with a pretension of personalization) was sent:
“We have assessed your claim and while we're sorry to see that you have received an item that had not lived up to your expectations, we cannot see any faults with your product.
Your claim has therefore been rejected, and we are unable to assist you further in this matter.

To may last email, they did not even respond.
