i've been using Vortex for a while now - i dont tend to go overboard i only get a few tickets a month and have one a few £ here and there, but i always see the guys doing good work, and giving away a fair amount, would recommend. i think the amount of tickets per person should be capped, but this has been adressed and seems to be an ongoing argument for both sides. but overall its the only comp site i use now, nice to see local winners and a fair amount of prises going out - plus the prises being delivered to the house is a nice touch.
