AVOID ordering from waltons. Failed to deliver product today as organised online 2 weeks ago and no communication to let me know delivery was not going to be made. Without informing me they had arranged a delivery on a day during the following week not suitable to myself. No real apology or gesture made. Cancelled my order and they refused to process refund unless I wrote to confirm cancellation.
