They are a pure scam. I supplied a refundable deposit of 10k. The partnership did not occur due to poor contract requirements. Since it fell through I have tried three times to contact them with no response. The main players in my dealing is Phil Hall and Matt Couch. Be very careful when deciding to work with these people. I'll update my post based on future success or failure of this business..
