Don't ever approach this company and expect fair treatment. I was told after my phone was allegedly assessed that it was only in fair condition and they offered me £80 less than the original price. It was an iPhone 12pro which they said had to be in mint condition to get the price they offered. I refused and they sent the phone back. Amazingly I then sent it to another conpany who gave me the price offered and it was assessed as in excellent condition. It seem like someone likes telling fibs to cheat customers out of their money. Shame on this company and please do not use them.
