Do not use these thieving con people, they offered a reasonable price for my iPhone 12 which was in excellent condition £260 12 months old . I sent it off in original box and working condition when they received it I had a email saying it was scratched on the Bessel and marks on the front screen they were obviously lying because the phone was in perfect condition they offered half of what they originally offered. I then had to pay £10.75 for them to send the phone back to me which took 6 days . I sold the phone on market place the same day it came back for £300 please look around before you use these rogues
