I was quoted £563 for my iPhone 14 Pro. The phone was in good condition when I sent it, as the phone was only 4 months old as I upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I received an email saying urgent response needed and my iPhone was knocked down to £210 and they claimed it was because the screen had heavy wear on it. They sent me a video of the screen which wasn’t like that when I sent it as I took photos beforehand! The screen was in immaculate condition when I sent it off!! It seems like they quote a high amount then knock it down considerably when they receive the phone claiming “damage” which wasn’t on there when you send it. BE CAREFUL. I would recommend staying away from this company, as it is clearly a scam!
