Avoid at all costs and sell your phone elsewhere with a reputable company or privately - don't waste your time with this awful outfit. They deploy underhand tactics to make your phone look more worn and damaged. My phone was pristine and had always been in a case - I also cleaned the device thoroughly and packaged it securely. The video they sent the device had been mistreated and had grubby hands all over it to make it artificially worn/damaged. Also, their definition of good differs from other providers and is essentially brand new. They also sign you up to services to entice you in and they don't make it clear that you are signing up to a direct debit. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Please, everyone reading this - go elsewhere!
