DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They claim that they pay the "Highest Price Guaranteed" when infact that is simply a lie. They offer a smaller price than others due to where they "recycle the phones". What's more they will send you email after email adding £5 for downloading anti-virus, £5 if you don't agree to sell immediately. They take advantage of people and attempt to squeeze as much out of you as they can when other companies actually treat you fairly. (Monzo is very good). Finally when you ask for your device back they charge you £10 for the postage and again try to make you sell it to them by offering you a £10 gift card instead. AVOID THEM! You get FAR MORE for your phone from their competitors.
