Absolute crooks.
I was offered £152 for my phone in ‘good’ condition, which it was, sent it in and they came back with a counter offer of £25. When I asked for my then back they said it would cost &10 to send it back… but would I settle for £35?
I’m sure they will comment on this about their rigorous testing process or ‘honesty policy’ or some other such nonsense below this… but the truth of the matter is, they never had any intention of paying what they said they would - and in fact their whole business model is built on this bait and switch approach.
