Similar experience to other reviewers, high offer, reduced after testing. I was offered £466 for an iPhone 14 Plus which had been in a case with a screen protector all its life and I classed it in Good condition. Testing video shining a bright light over my phone allegedly showed some light marks on the back, bezels and more signs of use on screen, I could see nothing. However, condition was downgraded to Pretty Good with a reduced offer of £360 which I accepted as I couldn’t cope with any more hassle. Also my bank details were passed to CyberSecurity for a trial of McAfee Multi Access with a direct debit of £4.95 a month starting 30 days time. I would NEVER use this company again. AVOID at all costs.
