Shocking company and wish I checked the reviews before sending it off to them. Offered £455 for iPhone 13 ProMax. I was offered £350 at some other smaller high street locations. Their supposed report says the mic was defective, but oddly never had any issues! Once received, webuyanyphone dropped the offer to £170 due to a barely visible "scratch" on the screen. I always have my phones in cases, and protected, and the phone was nearly new condition. I wouldn't use this company again nor recommend them. I will sell my phone to CEX or elsewhere - even if I get less money, it's principle!
