I sent of my iPhone 11 had a very small crack on top of phone they had quoted me 141 for it but then suddenly once they had it they said there was wear and tear on it which I always had front and back screen covers on it so only offered £20 was not happy when asked to send it back to me they tried to charge me £10.71 postage so was out of pocket once again please do not sell your phone to these people
