I was originally offered £141 - but they sent me an email saying their offer would be £15. The phone has a few mild scratches on the face, and that's it - and apparently that warrants an 89% decrease in price, absolute sham. I recommend they sort their business practice out.
FYI: If you feel like you've been scammed, talk to an ombudsman, leave a review - don't let them keep getting away with things like this.
