Same story as everyone else, I just wish I’d read these reviews before dealing with them. Initially offered me £195 for the phone. They didn’t send out an envelope and didn’t reply to my emails requesting it. Once I had sent the phone they acknowledged receipt of it, then the next day offered me £120 as it ‘had slight signs of wear’. The phone is absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it. I honestly think their business model is to offer the highest price, then lowball people when they receive it and bank on people being desperate enough or not have the time so they just accept the lowball offer.
