Would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT TRADE YOUR PHONE IN WITH THIS COMPANY. I selected the average condition for my iphone. They received it and marked it as average condition, then changed the offer from £100 to £40. They couldn’t explain why, even when I sent them screenshots of their ‘report’ which showed numerous discrepancies. They then had the cheek to try and charge me £10 for returning my device to me! When I asked them to show me where on their website they stated it was £10 to return the device, they conveniently waived the charge. Clearly making it up as they go along. Avoid this company at all costs!!
