Out and out con from start to finish... I sent a six month old Samsung S23 FE that was my late Brother's phone, the initial offer was £295 then I got a revised offer after they received it of £175 and report said it had wear on both the front and rear, yet when I contacted them the agent said it was because I hadn't mentioned that it was an FE, but there is no FE in there list... two different stories.... if you are going to con people at least get your stories right
