DO NOT deal with this company. I would give no stars if there was the option to. They offered me £108 - I sent my mint condition phone to them to which they said there were scratches front and back - there weren't, it was protected by a case and screen protector at all times. They reduced my offer to £0! When I asked for the phone to be returned, they increased my offer to £10.75. When I still asked for it to be returned, they charged me the £10.75 to return it! Wish I'd read reviews before dealing with this scam company.
