Fully working condition iPhone 13 ProMax, minor scuffs but no cracks. Quoted £485 then on inspection they deemed it faulty due to wear and tear, offered £185! Then charge £14.80 to return it.
Postage pack they send out also doesn’t insure the value of the phone so this cost around £12 to send special delivery.
Never got a response to emails and then live chat she offered an extra £15 and left the chat within 1 minute so you can’t decline it!
Would never use again. Been offered £385 elsewhere even if deemed poor condition.
