Complete scam.
Offered £295 originally for my phone but after an inspection they dropped the offer to £190.
They posted a video of ‘damage’ to my phone. Damage was not there when I sent the phone and have photographic evidence of that as I had heard of potential scams. I’m not even sure if it was my old phone in the video
Tried contacting them by email and chat but all requests were ignored.
Complete scam, avoid at all costs. I am in the process of getting in touch with Trading Standards to help get this company shut down
