Typical scam process by advertising the best prices and claiming through comparison sight that scratches etc will not devalue the handset on receipt. However on arrival they claimed although the handset was in full working order with no scratches on screen, the handset is worth nearly 50% less due to light scratches on corners etc. They make it convoluted to return the handset, and I accepted the new price for ease but on reflection I would have sold privately or through another provider. I really would not recommend. Scam artists. Look elsewhere.
