Scammy practices - stole £70 for damages when the phone was in *pristine* condition, posted it to them in the original packaging and padded envelope.
When I asked for an explanation they sent me pictures of a phone with chips and scratches on it and said they had to reduce the payment price due to damages.
I’m not sure why I should be charged for damages which took place due to their handling.
They know they can get away with it. Really disappointed. I definitely won’t be a repeat customer.
