Wish I had read the reviews. Please don’t believe what they offer you or the ‘apparent’ reason for only offering me £10 having said £125. Video shows a phone in worse state than the one I sent and with a crack across the back. I doubt is was mine .. I packaged it very securely in its box and bubble wrapped, but hadn’t taken photos of it so they could start a claims with the post office! All in all a very upsetting experience and wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible.
