Would give zero star if it was possible. AVOID AT ALL COST EVEN IF PRICES LOOK COMPETITIVE... Should have read all reviews before as people were quite right to note all the issues with this shop... My aim was to buy a bike to my son for Christmas... First got an issue buying online were they took my money but did not confirm the purchase (they said the website might have crashed). Then took a day off work. to be able to get the parcel home on the day we agreed... Receive a tracking number with the date but PDP (which is a serious company in the UK) said they never received the parcel from Winstanley so could not deliver it... Almost Looked like a fraud. Many back and forth between the 2 companies. Winstanleys saying PDP lost the parcel... PDP saying it was impossible to lose it. As Wintansleys tracking number with manifesto from driver but they said they were not allowed to provide... Looking at other reviews it looks like it happens too often to be just a coincidence... So at the end never received my bike and never got anyone who could say where it was... Finally asked for money back but the shop said they needed to find back the bike with PDP in order to pay me back!!! Started to threaten them and finally received my money.... Many days of unnecesary bad stress... AVOID AT ALL COST EVEN IF PRICES LOOK COMPETITIVE...
