This company has not contact number for complaints you have to send emails. The bed I ordered was split, drilled holes in the wrong places, spindles at odd angles. They have arranged with the courier com XDP to pick it up four times, they just dont turn up. Then they had the cheek to ask me if I could dispose of it. Do not use this company or the courier company. I am still waiting for them to pick up the bed and to pay the money back into my account. Seems the longer they take to sort things out the longer they have your money. I would not even give them one star but its the only way to leave a revue.
