The lights were purchased online on the 23rd of May and Worldstores stated the delivery date would be the 31 of May and checking online this was confirmed in order tracking. On the 1st of June when the lights hadn't arrived I checked order tracking and no delivery date was now shown, I phoned 3 times each time on hold for in excess of 10 minutes before the system cut me off so went to their website and sent an order status enquiry.

Your order will be coming with the couriers UK Mail, your order is delayed due to the labels not being printed as of yet, however once this has been done, the couriers will be in touch with yourself to arrange a convenient delivery date.

So the shipping labels hadn't been printed!!! that's why the order hasn't been dispatched.
2 days later when there still wasn't a shipping date I contacted them again via their website to find out when the labels were going to be printed and got an automated reply stating that they would reply within 72 hours! I had paid using PayPal so opened a dispute and received a refund but never found out the real reason why the lights were never dispatched so will never use them again and would warn others to give careful consideration before placing an order with them.
